Why is a spray booth important? Does the finish really need to be baked-on?

Every month we have multiple people contact us that have had someone else paint their kitchen cabinets that need to be "fixed". We have seen it all. Hair, pollen, fuzzies, pet fur, bugs and more embedded into the dried finish of the kitchen cabinets. Sure, other people can spray on a finish, however, it's usually done in a garage, pole barn or tent where air is sent out via a fan, pulling in airborne dust, pollen and pet fur into the working environment. It's why we made the substantial investment into an environmentally controlled state-of-the-art spray booth.  The air gets filtered on the way in and filtered and scrubbed on the way out. No bugs, no pollen just a clean fresh finish that is smooth as glass. You can both feel and see the difference!

BAKED ON FINISH

Our shop houses one of the largest state-of-the-art, environmentally controlled, kitchen cabinet spray booths in West Michigan. Our trained professionals utilize this space to create that baked-on finish. After all your cabinets have been deep-cleaned and sanded, they are then primed followed by being sprayed with your color of choice.
